Our team of dedicated fundraisers work face-to-face at event sites around Australia and New Zealand assisting our clients with their customer acquisition programs and raising brand awareness.

Due to rapid expansion, we are now actively hiring a Team Leader for our Adelaide office, with opportunities to start working IMMEDIATELY.

**The Role**:
This role is the perfect opportunity for those who have experience in fundraising industry or in managing, growing and mentoring a team of people. If you have a great positive outgoing attitude, Motivated to hit KPIS, looking to build a career and you enjoy mentoring and coaching others this is the role for you.

We provide one-on-one coaching, group coaching and ongoing guidance and support.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Daily management and reporting of team's performance, opportunities, and successes.

Coaching, mentoring and development of new and existing team members to create and maintain outstanding results.

Take responsibility for the teams ongoing learning and development.

Conducting one on one and team meetings daily.

Manage team and own KPIS “Key performance indicators” to ensure team are hitting targets daily and weekly

Have strong leadership and communication skills

Create a positive and supportive team and company culture
