**A bit about the role**

We are looking for an
**organised and confident person** who can work well in a busy environment to join our Property Team as a
**Leasing Executive**. This is a
**full-time position** working within a very fast paced team at our
**6-12 months of experience** in a Leasing or Sales Assistant role.

This role's purpose is to find the best tenants for our landlord's rental properties, whilst offering a
**high level of customer service**. You will be part of an
**enthusiastic and determined team**, who are working hard to gain experience and growth in their real estate career.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Handling all leasing inquiries
- Creating and placing property advertising online
- Opening and running property inspections (during the week and on Saturdays)
- Liaising with tenants for inspections
- Liaising with landlords regarding feedback reports on inspections
- General administrative duties

**IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- **Certificate of Registration is essential**:

- Valid Australian Drivers License (P plates or higher) is required
- Previous Leasing/Property Officer experience is desirable - 6months+
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working well under pressure
- Confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Happy to manage lengthy administrative reports
- Strong follow up and time management skills
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
- Must be presentable
