This brand which is a leader in its space has recently been launched following the completion of an acquisition from a well-known property group. With a new Board and leadership team, it is positioned and aiming for growth. The CPO is growing the P&C function and has a great opportunity for somebody to work with team to build a fit-for-purpose Remuneration & Analytics function.

Working with the CPO and the P&C Transformation Consultant, your initial focus will be to partner with the remuneration team from the acquired company to scope and map out future state around remuneration, benefits and analytics. With the transition complete, your role will evolve to running the function and continuing to develop and implement programs that align with future business needs. Some of your key activities will include:

- Build the remuneration framework - levels, roles, ranges, eligibility
- SME lead on the implementation of the remuneration functionality of the HRIS
- Partner with payroll to build out remuneration practices
- Design, establish and manage key P&C reporting
- Manage annual review process
- With support, build the FY23 STI program
- Build the benefits offering and platform

Tertiary qualified, you are a proactive and experienced remuneration professional and ready for a step-up position where you will be working with a great team to build a function.
