Eau-de-Vie is an award-winning venue renowned for innovative menus and experiences focused on the artful pairing of food with high-end spirits, whisky and cocktails. Menus are designed in creative collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams and include a nightly sharing style menu, bespoke canape and function menus and our famed Cocktail Degustation Menu - a 5-course fine dining experience paired with cocktails created by our expert bartenders.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Running the day-to-day service
- Motivate and inspire the team at Eau de Vie, Melbourne to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
- Manage forecasting and budgets across beverage, food and staff costs.
- Maintain stock control procedures with exceptional accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports for Directors.
- Maintain the venue's cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and OH&S regulations.
- Ensure venue training and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated to the greater team.

- Experience in the management of hospitality businesses of a similar size with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Be able to execute events to the highest of standards seamlessly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
