Excellent Opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join our stable and dynamic team at Sydney Airport.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a Facilities Management team who are looking to expand their workforce at Sydney Airport. They are currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic Quality and Compliance Manager who will be responsible for the business attaining and retaining tri-certification. You will also need to ensure that the internal business systems are continuously improved.

**Responsibilities**

Some of the key duties for the role would include:

- Design and implements a business wide audit process to maintain existing certification for all facets of the business.
- Works with both line managers and senior managers to incorporate improvements into the relevant quality systems.
- Review the business environment and commercial operations to identify potential risks and work with the business to mitigate the risks.
- Manages and supports the KPI targets and Measures.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Internal Quality Auditor training
- Previous experience in managing or implementing a Quality Management System to ISO 9001;14001.
- Previous experience in implementing and delivering continuous improvement through quality Initiatives.
