As the Graphic Design and Communications Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our visual identity and communications strategies. From designing captivating marketing materials to crafting engaging social media content, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your talent and make a real impact on our brand.

Our Graphic Design and Communications Coordinator will partner with various departments within the business including Charter, Recruitment, Fleet and Operations. Designing and publishing content to be posted on our website, intranet, and social media platforms, to capture the departments requirements.

**Specific duties will include**:

- Planning, creating, updating and publishing relevant content across our social media platforms.
- Developing advertisements and communications strategies.
- Design materials for upcoming campaigns and events.
- Updating and maintaining Ventura’s website and intranet.
- Writing and editing of media releases.
- Assist with formulating survey templates.
- Providing graphic design and communication expertise to support areas of the business, including Charter, Recruitment, Fleet and Operations.
- Developing content for internal communications and our quarterly newsletter.

**About you**
- Have prior experience in graphic design, marketing, and social media.
- Diploma or higher level qualifications in Communication Design or equivalent.
- Strong website development and maintenance.
- Competent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Publisher).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Sound writing and editing skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to think outside the square and create new graphic ideas.
