**Position: Design, Marketing, and Social Media Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Designing and delivering patient-focused content and brand assets aligned with the clinic's medical and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs and marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive brand message.

**Requirements**:

- **Design Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- **Social Media Expertise**: Experience managing social media accounts with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for design and branding.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to interpret data and analytics to improve marketing efforts.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- **Minimum**:3 years of full-time work experience at the required skill level.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest design, marketing, and social media trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, which may be substituted by at least five years of relevant experience.
