**YOUR ROLE**

As a FRSA Field Service Technician based in Rosehill, you will be provided with full on the job training and will deploy your mechanical fitting skills and knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics to perform scheduled maintenance, diagnosis and repair on Holmatro Rescue Tools, Breathing Air Compressor Systems, Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus and a range of other rescue-specific equipment both at our workshop and at fire stations, mine sites and other heavy industrial sites across New South Wales.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for individuals with a high level of initiative and self-motivation who can hit the ground running. Having worked in a similar role, you will have the proven technical skills to effectively maintain, install, repair, test and commission emergency response equipment, as well as strong communication skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders. A strong focus on accuracy and compliancy towards manufacturer requirements is also a must.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

- Prior experience in a similar role with transferrable skills
- Competent in training and demonstrating the use of specific equipment
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel with some weekend work

It would be ideal if you also had:

- Prior experience in the same field is highly regarded
- Mechanical trade background/qualification
- Experience with hydraulic tools or breathing apparatus
- Firefighter volunteers are welcome to apply
