Exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join the team, based in Newcastle.
**Role Title**: Personal Assistant
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week
**Location**: Newcastle
**Contract**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $90,000 inclusive of super, depending on experience

Hays have partnered with a well-established organisation in the professional services sector. The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support through managing a range of administrative and personal assistant duties. They are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant who can join their team, based in Newcastle.

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Day-to-day diary assistance for the Director(s).
- Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Handling correspondence directed to managers.
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
- Attend to matters requiring attention or refer them to the appropriate authority within the company in the absence of the Director(s).

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working in Professional Services.
- Ability to multitask, manage completing deadlines and priorities tasks accordingly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an advanced proficiency with time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
