Reporting directly to the Fruit & Veg Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more **Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate**: - Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential - Ability to lead and manage a team - Ability to order and control costs - Accurate team rostering - Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach - Unparalleled commitment to customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to liaise with both team members and management - A flair for merchandising - Strong leadership and delegation skills - Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams - Commitment to work health and safety standard **If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you
