Advance Thinking are a boutique consultancy with a great network of clients across many industries.

On behalf of our client, a key Financial services company, we're currently looking for a permanent Junior Scrum Master to work on the driving the adoption of their Agile framework.

The role will be engaged within great teams and great culture.

Experienced in supporting Agile and development teams in delivering high-quality software using the Agile methodology and ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.

Have excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Agile Practice Head and the development team to facilitate the Scrum process and ensure that the team is following Agile methodologies.
- Help the Agile Practice Head to plan and organise Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with the team to identify and remove any obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritised and refined.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies, preferably with **certification** in Scrum Master.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools, such as Confluence, Jira and SharePoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
