**The Opportunity**:
A renowned Australian brand is looking for a mid-level Scrum Master to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with scope for extension. Working within the digital team you will lead and facilitate the Agile development process for Digital & E-Commerce initiatives.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions. Your strategic mindset, strong leadership, and facilitation skills will contribute to the digital transformation of this iconic brand.
- Key Responsibilities:_ Lead agile development across digital and ecommerce initiatives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of digital solutions, removing impediments or blockers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching on agile principles and practices.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and dependencies.

**About You**

In order to be a successful applicant you will have demonstrated experience working as a Scrum Master, with experience working across digital projects.
- Proven Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience in a digital environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in Retail or ecommerce platforms is highly regarded.
