Marketing Manager

**The role**

You’ll join an exponentially growing SAAS company as we embark on international market entry. Your generalist marketing skills will be put to the test across the entire product marketing lifecycle. If you enjoy placing your own stamp on a role, this is your chance.

Leading the development of marketing strategies through to execution are all encompassed. We are looking for someone who will elevate our brand, increase lead generation and sales revenue, who brings with them creative ideas to target our market in Australia and overseas.

Specifically, you will:

- Develop inbound and outbound marketing strategies and plans in line with our business goals
- Develop content that resonates with our target market
- Manage social media channels (linkedin, facebook etc) with regular posts and blogs
- Work closely with our sales and training teams to develop marketing strategies that support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
- Plan and participate in new product offerings and promote in an easy-to-understand way
- Conduct direct marketing targeted at driving lead generation.
- Promotional material review and creation
- Database management
- Conference participation and management
- Generate analytics that support marketing strategies and activities.

**About You**

To be successful, you will enjoy working in a small team, can work autonomously and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed to get things done.

You will be organised, self-motivated, curious, and passionate about marketing.

Experience in marketing SAAS products in the PropTech industry would be highly desirable, but we’re open to your background and experience.

**Experience and skills**:

- Experience in a stand-alone marketing manager role.
- Proven track record involved with effective marketing campaigns, increasing brand exposure and revenue.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing in a sales focused organisation.
- Experience working across all areas of the marketing mix including product management, brand and customer acquisition.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, clean, and persuasive copy.
- Demonstratable ability to deliver communications, collateral, and campaigns against defined marketing strategies.
- An eye for design and copy and the ability to brief designers and partners to bring creative ideas to life.
- Experience working with Hubspot, Google analytics, Canva and Asana.
- Sound experience in digital communications and campaigns.
- Tertiary level qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline will be well regarded.
