Join our team as the Health and Wellness Policy Guru

Your mission: develop, implement, and oversee corporate policies for Komatsu's employee health and wellbeing. As the go-to person for serious injuries and Workers Compensation claims, you'll be the hero supporting our team. You'll also coordinate return-to-work plans and review pre-employment medicals, ensuring a fit and fabulous workforce.

**Role Located**: Fairfield, NSW

**What we are looking for**:

- Occupational Health qualifications, physiotherapy experience highly regarded
- Experience working with Workers Compensation and Return to Work is a must
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage occupational health programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Previous experience as an in house occupational health practitioner in a large business desirable
