**About the role at Commonwealth Bank**

The Broking & Markets Line 1 Risk team provides Line 1 Risk Management support services to the all of CommSec Broking & Markets. In doing so it provides confidence to CommSec that key regulatory and operational risks in the business will be identified and managed to allow execution of the business strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Risk Management Policies and Procedures - Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
- Risk Monitoring - Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders
