We’re looking for a deft Operations Manager — someone able to harmoniously orchestrate our projects, resources, and operations. Continuation of our processes, and managing daily team schedules, while offering prudent advice to management on projects and resourcing are key functions of the role. It also offers opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of the business through planning, and navigating challenges while seizing opportunities.

**About the role**

Agency efficiency. Output profitability. Project direction. You’re the go-to for studio scheduling and project resourcing. In fact, you’ll keep an eye on every project, and help make sure everything’s on time and within budget. Overseeing the project management team and working closely with our Account Managers, you’ll also review, and support, scopes and project plans. Plus, thanks to your keen eye for detail, you’ll be the first to spot any risks — flagging issues to ensure solutions occur before anything goes awry.

**About you**

With 5+ years of experience, you’re a solution-focussed Operations/Traffic/Studio Manager with a knack for working with digital marketing, communications, digital development and creative teams. You know your devs from your designers and feel comfortable preparing schedule plans for a multidisciplinary, full-service agency. Of course, time management is your thing, and project management tools are your second, digital home. Ideally, these will include the likes of Jira and Slack, but experience with similar products is ok too.
