MoveAbout Therapy Services is a leading Paediatric Occupational Therapy practice who have an exciting opportunity for a casual administration professional to join the team at our Berkeley Vale clinic two days a week on Wednesday and Friday (5 hours per day).

**Who we are and what we do**:

- The primary goal of occupational therapy is to enable people to participate in the activities of everyday life. Occupational therapists use occupations (or the activities that occupy our time each day) both as a therapeutic tool and a goal of therapy. Here at MoveAbout, we help kids and families to live their best lives. We support the people who support the kids
- We are a close-knit, team of Occupational Therapists and Administration staff who enjoy a supportive, cohesive team environment.
- We have 3 clinics, but we are essentially one big team, so you have the support of a large and varied group of staff.

**What your day will look like**:

- Supporting our parents and carers with appointments and queries
- Processing payments and end of day financial reporting
- Appointment scheduling
- Keeping the clinic clean and presentable and other general administration tasks
- Liaising with and supporting our team of therapists and administration staff.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
