**Are you a results-driven eCommerce Trade Marketing professional seeking an exciting opportunity to lead and grow an online channel?
At Wesfarmers Health, we are currently searching for an experienced eCommerce Trade Marketing Manager to join our Digital and Data space. In this role, you will take ownership of the Priceline online trade calendar and develop digital strategies to drive sales, whilst analysing sales data and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth. **The responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop and execute eCommerce trade plans, including developing online exclusive promotions to increase online sales, site conversions, and attract new customers.
- Manage the financial performance of the eCommerce Trade Program, including P&L accountability and promotional forecasting.
- Amplify the broader Priceline trade plan via eCommerce channels.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of all BAU eCommerce marketing initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for digital revenue growth, as well as expanding and optimizing existing revenue streams.
- Partner with Loyalty Team on eCommerce support of the Sister Club eDM communications program.
- Provide trade related input into the Performance Marketing plan, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Execute the Priceline eCommerce program, as promised to customers and in line with contractual agreements with supplier/partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and ensure that the Priceline eCommerce program remains competitive and relevant.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce Trade Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
- A strong background in promotional planning.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial mindset and a passion for eCommerce with a firm understanding of the importance of customer experience.
- Critical and objective thinker with strong, cross-functional problem-solving skills.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Retail.
