NRMA Parks and Resorts is an industry leader in the dynamic Holiday Park sector, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 51 parks in iconic tourism locations around Australia. We are a wholly-owned entity of the NRMA, Australia's largest member-owned organisation with over 100 years of operations in motoring and tourism services. Securing a role within our reputable organization and dynamic industry will provide an opportunity to place a road marker on the next milestone, in your career journey.

**The Role**:
A unique and rewarding Full Time opportunity has become available for a dynamic duo with complementing skills to manage our stunning NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort.

Successful Park Management Teams have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park and resort environments, and who can drive business efficiency by managing costs and overheads and building on the customer service experience of our guests.

Both roles will report to the Operations Manager, managing an efficient and reliable park operation through the provision of a consistently high standard of accommodation products and services and a wide range of interpretative activities in an ambiance of efficient yet friendly Australian hospitality.

Living onsite is a requirement of this role and a residence is available at subsidised rent as part of the management agreement. The hours required will be 5 days each week, including weekends and after on call hours approximately 4 days each week.

**How Do You Measure Up?**

Our ideal couple will have relevant and extensive hotel/resort/park management experience where initiative, organisational and advance planning skills are essential.

You will both demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
