They offer a range of services including Business Services, Business Advisory, SMSF, Audit, and Corporate Advisory.

The teams within the firm are dynamic and social, creating a great balance between work and play. They provide an excellent supportive and collaborative environment to work in with a diverse range of clients.

This is a rare opportunity as there is mínimal staff turnover within this firm and has come up due to internal promotions and organic growth. Reviews are held twice a year and there is no ceiling on your progression if you perform well.

In this role you will have direct access to a highly impressive Partner/Director and will report directly into an equally impressive Senior Manager who takes great pride in developing and mentoring their team.

In this role as a Business Services Senior Accountant you will be expected to:

- Be responsible for and manage your own portfolio of clients
- Work closely with clients providing written and verbal advice
- Preparation of financial reports
- Manage, review and mentor junior team members

To be successful for this role you will:

- Have a minimum of 4-5 years of local experience in a similar Business Services role
- Be completed, or close to completing, your CA or CPA
- Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be committed to working in a collaborative and high performing team environment
