**Role Summary**:
The Customer Project Principal is a 9-month max-term opportunity in our Customer Projects and Enablement team based at our Perth CBD office.

The Customer Project Principal is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the Customer Business Unit. The role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in accordance to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Lead and build effective project teams across diverse functions of the organisation to deliver required project outcomes
- Deliver projects to the agreed scope, time and cost without compromising safety or quality
- Champion change in alignment with business strategy and expectations of Synergy’s stakeholders
- Provide leadership to delivery teams, inspiring and motivating them to adopt the agile way of working to deliver successful outcomes
- Promote team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and fully engaged in the project

**What you’ll bring**:

- Project management or product owner qualification/s
- Extensive experience in project lead/manager or product owner role
- Experience and highly knowledgeable in agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum and/or Lean Start-up methodologies
- Experience in leading cross functional teams and managing stakeholder groups to influence project outcomes
- Experience in delivering Salesforce implementation projects or experience within the Energy industry in Customer facing operational teams
