**Learning and Development Analyst**
- **Play a meaningful role in several important Learning and Development projects**:

- **Based in vibrant Moonee Ponds with flexibility on which 3 days per week suits you**

This part-time, fixed term Learning and Development Analyst role based at the Waratah Clinic in Moonee Ponds will utilise a broad range of technical skills to support the Learning and Development program within the Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services. The Learning and Development Program aims to provide a whole-of-service approach to learning and development, aligned with the practice reform at RMH MHS which aims to ensure routine use of evidence-based psychosocial and well-being approaches within care delivery across community and bed-based services.

**Your new role**:

- This this position will draw on a range of technical skills including
- Data capture and evaluation
- Database maintenance
- Report development
- Course-development within Articulate
- Requirements gathering
- Delivering solutions which best fit the needs of the service.

**About you**:

- You have a broad range of technical skills and a proven ability to adapt to new systems and software
- Experience working in a large, complex organisation such as education, training or health care setting
- As part of previous roles you have contributed to developing education material for colleagues or other stakeholders
