**Cashier Analyst**

The Cashier Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of the hospital by ensuring accurate and timely allocation and reconciliation of bank transactions. The role requires a dedicated problem solver with proven experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Cashier Analyst reports to the Operations Manager - Revenue Services.

**Your new role**
- Daily monitoring and reconciliation of hospital bank accounts including identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Processing banking transactions and ensuring accurate recording in relevant systems
- Timely and accurate receipting of income to minimise debt and unallocated deposits
- Allocating transactions for receipting and providing guidance to other members of the team
- Daily receipting and reconciliation of patient fee income and other payments across Melbourne

**About you**
- A combination of relevant experience/or a tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
- Experience preparing large and complex reconciliations
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including attention to detail and data integrity
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including a proven capacity to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external groups
- An ability to deliver a responsive and efficient service that is flexible to the needs of key stakeholders
