**Overview**
**Pen Underwriting** is a dynamic customer centric underwriting agency providing outstanding experiences to our brokers and are looking for a dedicated **Claims & Office Administrator**to join our **Claims Operation**team.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Management of claims inbox
- Coordinating and lodgment of new claims into the relevant platforms
- Assisting with the updating and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- Updating and maintaining claims matrix for in-house administration - including inputs, processes, outputs
- Assisting with the development of templates for communication with brokers, TPA etc
- Involvement with queries and escalations
- Collaborating with Marketing for Insurance events
- Participating in TPA monthly meetings

**Your motivated personality and can-do attitude along with experience in the following are essential for this role**:

- Previous experience in the insurance industry advantageous, however not essential
- Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results, capable of working autonomously as well as being a team player
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly skilled in planning and organising
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
