Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for ensuring that ITW is tracking invoices and supplier payments are appropriately approved, accurately recorded and processed on time. They will also manage the assessing the credit for customers and ensuring that the money owed by a customer is collected to help manage the cashflow.

**Primary Responsibilities***
- Continuously develops the capability of the team to ensure appropriate knowledge, skills and experience is attained to meet current and future business requirements
- Supervise, direct and allocates tasking within the AP team related to the invoice processing function across the Asia Pacific platform
- Manage the supplier master data including verification payment terms
- Ensure that the appropriate process is followed for Purchase Order to ensure the appropriate approvals, along with the goods receipting and subsequent payment of the invoices.
- Oversee the processing of all invoices to the correct cost centre and account and ensure processed with the relevant delegated authority.
- Manage the employee expense reimbursement process and ensuring compliance with the global policy
- Reconciliation of the accounts Payable ledger to ensure that all invoices, credits and payments are accounted for and accurately posted. Includes posting of credit note and rebates.
- Support the accountants in the month end process with analysis of the payable's ledger and other ad-hoc tasks

**To be successful in this position you will have**:
- Experience with Pronto and Microsoft office
- Strong experience across Invoice Processing function
- At least 5 years' experience across abroad range of the AP functions across Asia Pacific.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practises and collection regulations
- Accuracy and attention to detail when managing the accounting figures and financial records.
- A ‘natural' 80/20 leader - prioritise and focus, make tough calls, drive simplicity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in lead, developing and managing a team to High Performance
- Track record of continuous improvement and leading a team through significant change
- Experience with SAP Concur preferred but not essential.
