**In this Associate Director role, you will**:

- Ensure NAB’s risk management strategy and operational risk management framework are applied effectively in the context of information risk.
- Perform a variety of risk and control assessments and deep dive reviews and agree on practical solutions to remediate.
- Ensure issues are known and hold Line 1 to account for resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with data-related obligations is actively monitored and maintained as well as providing effective data risk monitoring and risk reporting.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven and extensive experience in Technology and Information Security (including Data & Privacy) Risk Management, preferably within Financial Services and/or Big 4 Consulting/Audit.
- Demonstrated experience with risk and controls and a deep understanding of these.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of data information (including information security, data, privacy) risk and control management as well as related technical knowledge.
- Complementary skills and/or studies in information security risk management, privacy law, data protection law or computer science would be highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively whilst constructively challenging and/or influencing stakeholders.
