**In this Associate Director role, each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Review, implement and manage credit risk strategies with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure credit strategies are effective and appropriate for customers whilst facilitating profitable business growth within our risk appetite.
- Lead the monitoring, review and ongoing development of credit portfolio monitoring and analytics.
- Lead the monitoring, review and ongoing development of the ubank Credit Risk Appetite settings.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Proven strong experience within risk management, particularly from a credit risk background and preferably focused on Financial Services.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and a deep understanding of automated credit decisioning strategies and models.
- Excellent coding/programming skills with programs like SQL, Python or equivalent.
- The ability to think outside the box, be hands on and agile and possess the willingness to go above and beyond in everything you do.
- A strong team mindset paired with the ability to work autonomously.
