**About the Role**

The main objective of the Risk and Compliance Officer is to provide specialised risk management and compliance advice to Pinnacle College, including the design, implementation, and review of policy, processes, and procedures to ensure the school meets its regulatory, legal and operational compliance and risk obligations. This role involves the implementation and daily management of health and safety across all areas of the school. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including during after-hours and term holidays, as required. This role requires the ability to travel between the school’s campuses.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Work Health and Safety and demonstrated experience in a similar role, with strong practical and theoretical understanding of work health and safety matters.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Flexibility and an ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
- A commitment to the mission and vision of the College.
- Working with Children Check.
- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) Training Certificate.
