Burger Urge is seeking a hands-on Supervisor devoted to providing great service, great experiences, and strives to be _better_than the rest. We are looking for a Supervisor who's a Foodie, Fun, Authentic, and Ethical. Someone who embraces and drives change, positively influencing workplace culture.

**Supervisor Role**
- Ensure staff serve customers professionally and with high customer service standards.
- Control staff levels within the venue.
- Assist and supervise preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items within the kitchen.
- Supervise staff in the absence of the Managers.
- Ordering, Stocktakes
- Train staff as per the Burger Urge training framework.

**Supervisor Requirements**
- 2+ years Team Leader or Supervisor experience;
- RSA and Food Safety Certificate
- Able to help managers control staff levels and rosters
- Knowledge to undertake trainer.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redbank Plains, QLD 4301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
