**Description**:
About the Role
This role operates in accordance with the ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems, to ensure continuous improvement and environmental management as an integral part of our operations.
**Your key accountabilities will include**:
- Prepare and submit accurate project estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams and support sales/BDMs
- Resolve quote-related issues and maintain CRM records
- Uphold quality standards and contribute to system improvements
- Expand technical knowledge through training
- Contribute to quality and environmental standards (ISO9001 & ISO14001)
- Additional duties as required from time to time as per business requirements.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
Success in this role will require someone strong communication and CRM skills, and a proactive approach to quality, technical learning, and cross-team collaboration. They will also bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in or alongside estimating and quoting within the electrical industry or with a lighting Supplier/Wholesale space (preferred)
- Initiative and the ability to problem solve.
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a tight-knit team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-based programs.
- Exceptional time management skills.
