The services include bookkeeping, payroll, accounting systems cloud integrations, business advisory, training, and virtual construction administration etc. **About the opportunity** - We are now seeking a new full-time bookkeeping account manager who will serve a wide range of small business accounts across Australian and manage bookkeepers remotely ensuring a high level of services are delivered. This positions is onsite initially and flexible hours can be arranged after 6 months of services. **The duties and responsibilities of the job includes, but not limited to**: - Managing and supporting bookkeepers remotely. - Being a main point of contact for a varied client base. - Bank reconciliation, AR, AP and Payroll experiences. - Preparations of IAS, BAS and end of year bookkeeping review. - Documentation of systems and procedures. **Desired Requirements**: - Prior experience in a similar position - Have 5+ years of bookkeeping experiences, ideally from an bookkeeping/accounting firm. - Skilled in Xero and/or QuickBooks Online. - Great organisation and analytical skills. - Ability to work under time constraints. - Strong problem-solving skills and "can do" attitude - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. - Accounting Apps integration experience is a bonus.
