**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Eagle Farm workshop for a Service Supervisor who will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our Brisbane service workshop operations and customer base.

**About the opportunity**:

- Proven high regard for Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Client Satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position
- Mentor, guide and support our team of tradespersons and apprentices.
- Experience with gas engines and compressors highly regarded.
- Understanding of engine/compressor/component rebuilds.
- Strong understanding in financial best practices of service delivery including job costs, Labour allocations and parts ordering.
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Occasional requirement to travel to client sites.
