Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

- EOD report reviews: sales, forward orders, payments, fulfillment
- Swatch maintenance and mailing
- Generating daily, weekly and monthly reporting for management use
- Forward orders maintenance
- Ad hoc duties: shopping errands, supplies replenishment, ad hoc excel/ reporting administrative work at the request of various managers
- Site inspection and maintenance
- Meeting planning and execution: drafting of notes, logs
- Attendance maintenance for payroll purposes, time tracking etc
- Managing expenses and budgets alongside Ops Managers, Accountants and the Directors
- Maintenance of employment handbook for WH division, general OHS guidelines and documents, monitoring and managing OHS standards alongside other managers
- Onboarding of new employees
- administrative/ induction processes only
- Organizing company events and/ or gatherings including but not limited to morning tea session, afternoon team, BBQ session, birthdays.
- Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Packages (Words, Excel, etc), Google suites (Gmail, Google sheets, etc).
- Flexible and adaptable to change

Job brief:
An office manager who will keep the operations across warehouse and showrooms organised, coordinating administration duties and office procedures. You are here to create a pleasant work environment, a pleasant work flow across all TRIT locations, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety, alongside the Ops Managers and the Directors.

A successful OM ensure the effectiveness and productivity of the following channels:

- Sales
- Despatch
- Forward orders
- Local accessories order
- Final touches on mails/ despatches for clients
- Warehouse and offices aesthetic to be aligned with TRIT branding and values
- Safety of the sites
- General administrative support to all employees at TRIT
- Develop good understanding and utilisation of software reporting
- General maintenance
- Shopping errands
- General meeting and SP maintenance
- Excellent writing, communication and EQ skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
