**Reception (New Improve Physiotherapy Clinic)**

Job requires availability for Thursday and Friday between 9am-7pm

**Job description Casual (20 hours a week)**

Improve Physiotherapy is a very fast growing Physiotherapy Clinic within the northern suburbs of Perth (Duncraig). The clinic is located within a medical centre. We are currently open Monday, Thursday and Friday. At present there is only one Physiotherapist working in the clinic that you will be working in a team with.

**To be successful you will need to have the following**:
**Must have**
- Outstanding communications skills, including being empathetic, genuine, enthusiastic, and a people person.
- Show initiative in providing value to the workplace and being proactive.
- Australian Citizenship

**Preferred but not essential**
- Lives locally.
- 1-2 years of reception experience.
- Basic computer skills with Macbook laptop and excel spreadsheet.
- Sales calls
- Speaks clearly and confidently on the phone.

**Job Role Requirements (Training Supplied)**
- Booking new and existing patients on Halaxy software.
- Taking payments with private health cards on a Tyro machine, billing electronically and cash payments when necessary.
- Tracking patient retention on Excel spreadsheet.
- Follow up calls.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.96 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
