About the Role

As Head of Department, you will lead a dedicated team of educators in delivering high-quality language instruction and promoting intercultural understanding. You will also drive the development and implementation of the College's international education initiatives, including student exchange programs, international student support, and global engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong pedagogical leadership in the delivery of language programs (Japanese)
Foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Coordinate and grow the College's International Program, including partnerships, homestay arrangements, and student welfare.
Collaborate with staff to enhance global citizenship and cross-cultural competencies across the curriculum.
Monitor student progress and data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.

Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
