**What You Will Be Doing**:
As our Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining strict compliance with legislative and award requirements. You will liaise with employees and stakeholders across the business, assist with process improvement initiatives, and be a key contributor to payroll governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process **end-to-end payroll** weekly for approximately 300 employees.
- Ensure compliance with **Fair Work legislation** and industry-specific award requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll records including leave accruals, superannuation, and taxation obligations.
- Manage employee payroll queries and provide timely, solutions-focused responses.
- Prepare and reconcile payroll-related reports, including **STP, PAYG, Superannuation, and Government entitlements**.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Rosters, and Management to ensure seamless payroll compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation, taxation changes, and regulatory developments.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2+ years’ experience** in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of modern awards and **Fair Work award interpretation**.
- Knowledge of **FoundU payroll system** is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement, and compliance management.
