Ict Support Officer

**Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:
- Conduct quality audit inspections and assess systems, data, and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and high-risk areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Recommend and support corrective actions to address non-compliance.
- Liaise with users and management to promote adherence to ICT standards and procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues across software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Identify and diagnose errors in systems and code using structured testing protocols.
- Perform systems architecture reviews and recommend hardware/software strategies.
- Maintain and develop technical documentation for ICT systems and procedures.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ICT support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Hands-on experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in IT systems auditing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Ability to provide end-user support and training effectively
HCC Facilities Management is an approved sponsor.
Pay: $73,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
