QA Officer

Our client is a world class supplier of dairy based products, services and solutions to the retail, food service and food ingredients markets. Due to internal growth an exciting opportunity for a **QA Officer **has become available to join the team immediately.

Reporting to the QA Manager & working closely with the production team, you will assist & support the overall operational quality activities.

**Key Details;**
- Monitoring of QA & Food Safety Systems
- Ensure quality procedures are achieved
- Testing, auditing, and reporting packaging products
- Track, record, maintain QA data
- Regular hygiene checks
- Development of QA plans & hazard analysis
- Incident investigations & non-conformance reporting

**The successful applicant;**
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing environment within the Food Manufacturing/Packaging Industry or similar
- HACCP knowledge
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to get involved, take ownership & be accountable
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (food science or similar)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)
