We have an exciting opportunity for an HR People and Culture Advisor to join a national, growing, retailer.

As a People, Culture & Wellbeing (PC&W) Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization's Supply Chain and Logistics function. In this 18-month fixed term role, you will provide invaluable advice, support, and consultancy services to stakeholders across the company.

Your primary focus will be on the brand new DC being built in Broadmeadows, where you'll dedicate 60% of your time supporting the DC team. You'll handle all people-related matters, including recruitment, induction, onboarding, employee relations, and line manager coaching.

This project is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our team and drive positive change.

In addition to the project, you'll also contribute to various cyclical PC&W initiatives across our other distribution centers in Australia (40% focus). These initiatives are essential to our overall PC&W strategy and involve fostering a supportive and inclusive culture throughout the company.

To excel in this role, you'll need exceptional communication skills, the ability to provide accurate and timely advice, and a passion for developing a high-performing team. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring that our PC&W practices align with our company values and goals.
