We’re on a journey to provide exceptional online experiences for our members and the community. This unique role provides a fantastic opportunity to create user-centred content solutions and work with a diverse range of products and platforms. You’ll produce informative and easy-to-understand content - from creating product webpages and writing micro-copy to championing readability and optimising organic web traffic. This role provides a unique opportunity to work within a large team of hard-working creative and technical individuals, while constantly learning and developing.

The Lead is an experienced collaborator who is accountable for driving project content delivery, is tasked with making informed decisions and identifying opportunities. The Producer is an enthusiastic contributor who is a key support in delivering projects, has an eye for detail and a passion for complex problem solving.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Regularly reviewing and updating website content to drive increased conversions and improve the user experience.
- Managing website content using CMS systems to fulfill business requests.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to create digital content solutions that meet both user and business requirements.
- Championing and owning SEO, content accessibility and information architecture.
- Collaborating with the broader digital team (e.g. product owners, UX team and developers) to engage in data-based decision making and enhance content to better meet business objectives.
- Using analytics and testing tools (including Google Analytics and Search Console) to guide web optimisation efforts and measure results.

**About you**

You’re a confident and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high-performing team. You have a high attention to detail and are interested solving technical content problems. You’re passionate about helping our community and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re looking for:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, communications, journalism or a related field (essential).
- Experience in copywriting and strong spelling and grammar expertise (essential).
- Experience using CMS or eCommerce systems (desirable).
- An understanding of SEO principles and strategies to enable improvement (desirable).
- An understanding of design thinking, Agile and Lean UX methods including design sprints (advantageous).

Your strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, together with your knack for stakeholder engagement, will see you succeed in this role. Commitment to achieving planned outcomes and the ability to turn complex information into easy-to-understand content will further add to your success.
