Administration & Customer Service Assistant

**The Organisation**
Our client is an international development organisation based in North Sydney who break the cycle of poverty for families living in disadvantaged communities here in Australia and overseas. They have a culture of respect and caring and are a moving towards a significant growth period.
**The Role**
This role provides efficient and effective delivery of all administration and customer services within a busy fundraising team. It is also responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all donations and ensuring supporters are provided with high quality care. Specifically, you will:
- Collect, open and process all mail
- Record and receipt all donations and associated banking
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all donor information
- Ensure donors are thanked for their gift in a timely manner
**Skills Required**:
You will have good previous experience in administration and customer service roles and the desire to work within a values driven environment. Additionally, you will have:
- Client services focus with a commitment to service excellence
- Demonstrated attention to detail and time management
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Technological proficiency with an interest and aptitude for technology
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work in a team environment
