**About The Role**

We are looking for a highly capable HR Advisor to become part of our team, bringing your specific skills and experience

We’re keeping our eyes peeled for someone who is confident in their generalist ability but may also have a particular passion for IR, recruitment, training or another area of HR. Development and allowing you to work within your passions is important to us

The position will be full-time, and you’ll be involved across a portfolio of our clients. Your work week would be spread across time onsite at our clients' offices, and our home base at WeWork (think free barista coffee, beer taps, and yes, a ping pong table).

We’re looking for HR generalists who pride themselves on providing a great service and helping teams become better and better every day What will set you apart is your solid HR knowledge, your growth mindset and your innovative approach to problem solving.

We work with clients on a retained, project and hourly basis, so there is no shortage of variety or opportunity

**About You**

Not only will you be somebody who is excited about our business and what we do, you’ll also have:

- 2 + years of experience as a HR Advisor, preferably in a consulting role or in a business working across multiple locations or diverse business units
- Strong technical understanding of employment compliance frameworks (Fair Work legislation, interpreting Modern Awards and enterprise agreements)
- Exposure to a range of industries and size of business
- True generalist experience across a broad range of people and culture functions
- Experience in management/advising/coaching would be great

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
