Future Swim was founded with a specific purpose: to create a better opportunity for babies, infants and children to learn the basics of swimming in a clean, modern and private indoor facility away from the crowds of the bigger centres.

At Future Swim, we pride ourselves on providing the best learn to swim experience possible. Parents love to watch their child develop and learn, and at Future Swim, we love to see that too. We give every child the level of care and attention we would if they were our own.

This means greeting every customer by name, watching and cheering them on during lessons, celebrating with them in their achievements and ensuring they get the recognition and encouragement every child needs and deserves. Combined with our three pillared teaching philosophy of Prepare, Instruct, Praise we see incredible progress in children from a very young age.

Key Responsibilities:
As Manager of one of our swim schools, you will be responsible for:

- Learning all aspects of Future Swim as a business and being able to implement our management tools day-to-day to ensure the success of the site
- Embodying the Future Swim values and creating a positive culture
- Taking ownership for growing the customer base and promoting the business
- Managing staff rosters and day-to-day maintenance of the site
- Promoting learning and growth for yourself and your staff

If you believe learn to swim should be a private, personal experience, have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong leadership ability, a passion and enthusiasm for the learn to swim industry, and prior management experience, then we want to hear from you.

Essential Requirements
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Provide/Perform CPR
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety / Swim Australia Teacher
- Working with children check

Desirable Criteria
- Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
