**About the Role**:
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader to join our wonderful team at Miranda Pre-Kindergarten on a fulltime basis. Our 39-place, purpose-built centre is home to a passionate and supportive team of educators committed to nurturing each child’s development. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated group of professionals who will guide and support you as you help meet the needs of the children and families in our care.

Create dynamic indoor and outdoor environments that inspire children to learn, imagine, and explore.

Build meaningful relationships with children and their families to encourage their involvement in our programs and strengthen trust between our service and the community.

Engage actively in team events to promote a positive and unified team culture. Commit to continuous professional growth by prioritizing ongoing development and training.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III, Diploma of Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Education (0 to 5 years)
- Current Working With Children Clearance Check.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training.
- Current Child Protection Training.
- Previous experience working with children 0-6 years old.
- Proven ability to implement and contribute to the EYLF.
- Demonstrated experience in the National Quality Standards.
