If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, we have an opportunity for a Catering Supervisor to oversee and manage on site retail operations and lead our catering team. We want you to bring your passion for safety and people management to our team

**Who are we looking for?**

Reporting to the General Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of Retail and Catering operations. As the Catering Supervisor you will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Key focus:

- Managing high performing catering teams
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a retail business, including managing sales, inventory, customer service, marketing, and customer interactions
- Build and strengthen client relationships while delivering outstanding customer service
- Lead, development and manage a diverse work force ensuring they understand role and can meet performance objectives
- Identify areas for improvement and utilise our systems, policies and procedures with a view towards improving the efficiency of village operations
- Familiar with HACCP compliance and remote site HSE requirements
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, listen, guide and interact effectively with all stakeholders
- Solid understanding of HR processes and cultural competence
- Strong people management skills and proven ability to build and support team cohesion
- Excellent computer, compliance and reporting skills
