**The Position**:
At the completion of training and induction a Store person/Kitchen Catering Attendant will be responsible for receiving, recording, unloading of goods and other kitchen-based Catering Attendant jobs. You will also be responsible for cleaning the Food Service storage areas. This role requires you to work unsupervised, physically fit with a pro-active approach to safety.

**Key Duties**
- Receive, record detailed and accurate records for all Food Service deliveries whilst implementing and following the HACCP - Food Safety Plan and Allergen Management Plan.
- Basic food preparation/sanitisation and temperature monitoring.
- Accurate rotation of stock, product auditing, monthly stock data entry.
- Monitoring stock to make sure only approved goods are received and escalating shortages or non-approved products.
- Clean, maintain all Food Service storage areas following HACCP - Food Safety Plan.
- To be physically fit, enjoy manual work and adhere to WHS.
- Communicate effectively with all team members.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience within food industry or similar role and willingness to gain Food Safety Supervisor Certification.
- Competence in using business technology such as stock control systems, spreadsheets.
- Display a positive attitude to daily challenges while remaining calm with a resilient nature, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and eye for details with the ability to work autonomously and self-manage their time effectively.
- Personable, a team player who has exceptional communication skills.
- Willingness to step into other kitchen roles when required.
- Food Services hours of operation 6am till 8pm, 365 days._
- It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment and to provide an immunisation report or immunity._
