**About us**: OCS is a leading provider of cleaning services, committed to excellence and professionalism. We are currently hiring a Supervisor Cleaning Position at our DNATA location in Brisbane QLD. DNATA Catering is a global leader in providing flight catering services at Brisbane Airport.

**Role Overview**: We are currently seeking a hands-on and dedicated individual to join our team as a Working Supervisor for Cleaning Operations at DNATA Catering at Brisbane Airport. In this role, you will not only supervise the cleaning team but also actively participate in cleaning tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene are maintained throughout the facility.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**Location**: Brisbane Airport, Queensland, Australia

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example by actively participating in cleaning tasks alongside the cleaning team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of cleaning procedures, equipment, materials, and provide guidance and support to staff as needed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate procedures as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceed client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Must pass an Australian National Police Clearance.
- Must demonstrate working rights in Australia.
