**The role**
Additionally, you’ll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with councils, providing clear and timely advice and information. You’ll also stay ahead of emerging issues through research and evaluation, providing well-reasoned recommendations for continuous improvement.

**About You**:
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Strong communication skills with experience providing clear and concise written documentation, including reports.
A background in government, public sector compliance, or a similar regulatory field is not essential but would be highly regarded. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to making a positive impact on local government, then we want to hear from you
