Multiple APS4 FOI Officer opportunities available for a 12-Month temporary assignment

**Your new company**

This Government Department is responsible for providing disability-based services to the community and are looking for multiple Freedom of Information Action Officers for their CBD Office.

**Your new role**

The FOI Action Officer will provide assistance to the FOI decision maker and maintain communication amongst internal and external stakeholders. This will include creation of documents, administration assistance, data entry and complex enquiry resolution.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Assist the coordination of Freedom of Information requests made to the agency
- Exceptional Customer Service skills across multiple communication channels
- The ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team-based role
