**The Role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the Scheduling department, ensuring they are operating efficiently, accurately, and in an effective manner in line with the department’s operational goals and targets.

Other key responsibilities include;
- Manage the workflow of day-to-day operations of the Scheduling department
- Develop and maintain effective measurement tools for productivity, accuracy and efficiency of Scheduling department, monitor progress and provide feedback on performance
- Mentor, coach and support staff performance and development
- Provide training and guidance to Schedulers on company policies, procedures and work methods
- Deliver a robust plan on the departmental goals including reduction of ETOs and on-holds
- Proactively seek opportunities to implement operational and procedural improvements that align and contribute to our vision and goals
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including teams within Operations and Construction

- Be able to interpret architectural and engineering working drawings, soil reports and specifications
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Proven exceptional customer service skills to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
